Today we harvested the first few asparagus shoots from our patch. In the spring of 2016, with the help of those at The Long Shot Farm, we planting 750 root stocks. We are very excited to see the yield we will soon get!
Zach, Fiona, Toben, and Leif searched for the emerging asparagus this evening.
